Ingredients

  • 300 g cashew nuts
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini sesame paste)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, freshly ground (cumin)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 75 ml water

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in hot water overnight.
  2. Finely puree the cashew nuts, lemon juice, peeled garlic, salt, tahini and cumin with a blender. Gradually pour in the olive oil. Finally add about 75 ml of water until it has the right consistency.
  3. Season the hummus to taste and serve.
