Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillet (s) (catfish fillets)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ horseradish, freshly torn
  • 0.5 liter ½ fish stock or broth
  • 0.5 liter ½ cream
  • some butter, for frying
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the catfish with salt and pepper, turn in flour and fry in butter on both sides. Take the catfish out of the pan, roast the onion in the same pan, then pour in the stock or stock, add the cream, put in the catfish and sprinkle with half of the horseradish. Now for about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Just before serving, remove the catfish from the sauce and puree the sauce. When serving, freshly torn horseradish is sprinkled over the catfish. Butter or parsley potatoes go very well as a side dish
