Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 6 stalk / s basil
  • some salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them.
  3. After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas to the cauliflower and finish cooking.
  4. Now pour both together and then mash finely with a potato masher. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.
