Ingredients

  • 500 g cauliflower, frozen or fresh
  • 500 g broccoli, frozen or fresh
  • 250 g pasta (riate)
  • 250 ml Cremefine, for cooking
  • 250 ml milk
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 1 packet bacon for breakfast
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 drops chilli oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta. Line a baking dish with the breakfast bacon. Spread the cooked pasta on top. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and spread both over the pasta. Thaw frozen food, briefly pre-cook fresh cabbage until it is al dente. Scatter the diced ham on top. Put the milk and cremefine in a mixing vessel. Add eggs, cheese, mustard, chili oil and the spices and stir everything well. Pour over the casserole.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C (without preheating, convection) for 30-35 minutes.
