A light dish with a delicate texture is baked in the oven. Making cauliflower casserole with cottage cheese is easy and does not take much time.

Ingredients
Cauliflower – 400 g
Cottage cheese – 200 g
Hard cheese – 200 g
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
Butter – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1-2 pinches
Directions
Wash cauliflower, dry, disassemble into inflorescences, and finely chop.
Grate the cheese. If the curd is dense, mix (grind) it with a fork.
Add mixed cottage cheese and grated cheese to the cabbage. Mix.
Beat in eggs, salt, and beat until smooth.
Turn on the oven. Cover the form with foil, grease with oil. Put the mixture in a greased form, tamp it tightly and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the cauliflower casserole with hot curd.
