  • 1 cauliflower
  • 50 g whole wheat flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • Fat for frying
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and blanch for approx. 5 minutes in boiling water. Salt, then turn in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and bread.
  2. Bake in hot fat in a large pan with a lid until golden brown. Fried potatoes or potato salad go well with this.
