Cauliflower “Rice”

Minimum calories and maximum benefits – this is our new healthy recipe for cauliflower. This side dish will undoubtedly appeal to all adherents of a healthy diet because it is an excellent alternative to white rice.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of cauliflower
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 egg whites
  • for frying vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Rinse the cauliflower inflorescences thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Place the cabbage in a blender bowl and beat to the size of rice.
  2. Chop onion and garlic finely.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put onion and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add protein and fry, crushing it with a spatula.
  5. Put the cabbage “rice” into the pan, season with salt, pepper, and fry the entire contents for 3 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. A tasty and healthy side dish is ready!
