Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into large cubes. Chop the cauliflower into its florets. Let both simmer together in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Then pour off some of the cooking water (I always leave 3 cm of cooking water in and then add some broth to taste).
  2. Mash everything with the potato masher until a puree is made. Mix in the parmesan and season the puree with salt and pepper.
  3. As a main course, it is probably enough for two good servings as a side dish for 4 people.
  4. One serving contains approx. 24 g carbohydrates, 2 g fat, 9 g protein

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
