Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion and ginger. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Let the oil heat up in the wok to sear the meat with the curry. Now take out the meat cubes and briefly sweat the onions and ginger in the same oil. Add the cauliflower and potatoes, pour the stock and milk over them and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the peas and meat and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry and sprinkle with the parsley.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
