Ingredients
- 100 g cream
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 tablespoon honey (acacia honey)
- 1 celery
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger
- 50 g almond (s), chopped
- 4 tablespoon almond (s), (flakes)

- Finely grate the celery tuber with the Jupiter vegetable grater, cut the banana into thin slices and mix everything together loosely
- Squeeze the lemon and pour over it. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan.
- Mix the other ingredients into a sauce and pour everything over the celery and bananas.
- Mix and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
- Possibly arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce (ice cream, lamb`s lettuce or spinach).
