Ingredients

  • 2 sausages ( Swiss cervelat or 4 sausages)
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), mild

Instructions

  1. Cut half a pepper into small pieces. Peel the sausages and cut the cervelat in half. Wrap each half cervelat (or whole sausage) with a slice of ham.
  2. Divide the puff pastry into 4 equal pieces. Place a wrapped sausage and a few pieces of paprika on each piece. Wrap the puff pastry around the whole sausage and place the parcels on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 ° for around 20 minutes. Without convection about 25 minutes.
  3. When the parcels are golden brown, serve hot.
