Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, hot
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon fondor
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and garlic cloves into tiny cubes, finely chop the parsley.
  2. Put the minced meat in a sufficiently large mixing bowl while adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add all ingredients, mix everything well with the dough hook of the hand mixer and add a little water for the right consistency. Season the dough with fondor, pepper and salt and then let it rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator so that all the spices can soak through.
  3. Shape the dough into thumb-sized rolls. Fry in hot olive oil, turning the rolls more often so that they are browned evenly.
  4. Rice, colorful paprika vegetables and browned onion rings or mashed potatoes and bacon bean parcels are enough as a side dish. Or serve the cevapcici as finger food on a buffet.
