Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 200 g yourt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme, dried, double the amount for fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Pepper, from the mill, or chilli flakes
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese, milder
  • 2 packs bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients and spices and season to taste, embed pieces of sheep`s cheese in the minced meat so that a roll is approx. 6-7 cm long and approx. 4 cm in diameter. Wrap in the bacon. Roast on a grill until the rolls are cooked through.
