Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or just beef
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g cheese, rated or finely chopped feta
  • 50 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, fresh from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped curry powder
  • 8 slices bacon or bacon

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix well and knead all ingredients except for the bacon.
  2. Shape the mixture into cevapcici / sausages, approx. 4 cm in diameter and 8-10 cm long. Then wrap each roll with a slice of bacon. The bacon does not have to be attached separately, it sticks to the mince. Now place on the grill for approx. 10 - 15 minutes, turning several times.
  3. Attention! The sausages are not for the slim line.
