  • tuna 100 g
  • trout fillet 140 g
  • cucumbers 150 g
  • lime juice 0.5 pcs
  • fresh cilantro 20 g
  • onion chives 5 g
  • water 50 g
  • salad 20 g
  • olive oil 30 g
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into cubes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin half-rings and add to the fish.
  3. Add water and lemon juice, Kimchi sauce, salt.
  4. Add finely chopped greens.
  5. Mix thoroughly and leave for 7 minutes.
  6. Put the ceviche on a plate, garnish with the corn salad and pour over with olive oil.
