Instructions

  1. The chaise syrup is enough for more than one serving. When filled in bottles, it can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
  2. Bring the water to the boil, add the sugar to the water and reduce to a syrupy level. At the same time, dry roast the spices (except for the ginger) in a pan until the aroma unfolds.
  3. Cut the ginger into slices. Then add the spices and ginger to the water and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Let cool down.
  4. For the latte, heat the soy milk with the normal milk, add the black tea or coffee and then add about a tablespoon of syrup, depending on your taste.
  5. Tip:
  6. If you like it really sweet, you can also add honey, but the syrup already gives me enough sweetness.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
