- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 150 g strawberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

- Mix the curd with the spices and stevia. Heat the strawberries and raspberries in a pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, add the vanilla powder, then set the pan aside to cool for a few minutes.
- Alternate between adding the chai quark and the fresh compote to a glass.
