Ingredients

  • 8 leaves Swiss chard or spinach, large
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some stalks parsley
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 dash olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef with a little olive oil, pepper, salt, finely chopped onion and finely chopped parsley.
  2. Lay out the large chard leaves and cut out the central stem. Form 8 sausages from the minced meat and wrap them in the chard leaves. Fold in the sides as well.
  3. Put the chard parcels in a lightly oiled pan. Make sure that the seam is down. Fry over low heat, turn carefully and fry over low heat.
  4. Rice goes well with it.
