Charlotte with Pineapple

Charlotte is the most famous cake in the world and uncomplicated, it is baked in all countries. Usually, charlotte is baked with apples, and today we will bake it with pineapples. Pineapples add a nice tropical flavor to your baked goods.

Ingredients

  • Canned pineapples – 200 g
  • Wheat flour – 160 g
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 180 g
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon. (for mold lubrication)

Directions

  1. Prepare products for the pineapple charlotte and a suitable shape (I have a shape with a diameter of 23 centimeters).
  2. Mix eggs with sugar.
  3. Beat them into a homogeneous mass until whitened and increased in size.
  4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  5. Stir the dough thoroughly.
  6. Strain the pineapples from the syrup and cut them into small cubes.
  7. Add the sliced ​​pineapples to the dough and mix well.
  8. Pour the dough into a mold on baking paper oiled with vegetable oil.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick. Let the charlotte cool on a wire rack.
  10. Charlotte with pineapple is ready.
    When serving, sprinkle the charlotte with powdered sugar.
