Cooking dough with kefir will not be a difficult task even for a woman with minimal experience. This dough is easy to make. A meat or mushroom filling is perfect for it.
Ingredients
Minced meat – about 400 g
Onions – 100 g
Kefir – 1 cup
Eggs – 1 pc.
Flour – 400 g
All-purpose seasoning
Directions
Prepare the filling. Put the onion through a meat grinder (or grate it with a fine grater) and mix it with the minced meat. Add your favorite spices for meat dishes.
Fry the mass in a minimum amount of oil or a tablespoon of fat for about 10 minutes.
Make the dough. Pour the kefir gradually into the flour, beat the egg, and knead it. Note that the dough should be soft.
Roll out the dough into a sheet up to one centimeter thick. Cut out circles about 10 centimeters in diameter with a mug or a saucer. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling on one half of each circle.
Stick the edges together and fix them with a fork.
Brown the chebureki in heated vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. The heat should be medium. Check the readiness of the dough with a fork.
