Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s)
  • 250 g leeks
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Braise the vegetables in oil in a large saucepan. Pour in the hot broth, bring to the boil briefly and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Puree part of the soup. Add processed cheese and heat again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the smoked salmon cut into fine strips on top of the soup.
