Ingredients

  • 100 g lentils, reen or brown
  • water
  • 150 g cheese (Tilsiter)
  • 1 onion (s), red, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
  • 1 bunch radishes, cut into sticks
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon broth
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cover the lentils with plenty of water and bring to the boil on a low fire, depending on the quality, not too soft for 20 - 30 minutes. Drain well. In the meantime, cut the Tilsiter into thin sticks.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, then add the olive oil and whisk everything into a creamy sauce. Mix in the onions and parsley.
  3. Mix the lentils, cheese and radishes with the dressing and let steep for about 15 minutes before serving.
