Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare a meat dough from all the ingredients except for the pickles and cheese. Cut the pickles into small pieces and knead in.
  2. Cut the cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes. Form meatballs from the mixture, press a piece of cheese in the middle and enclose with the meat batter. Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at approx. 170 ° C.
