Ingredients- 150 g butter
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler)
- 0.5 ½ cup cream, (plenty)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 250 g flour

- Knead everything together, let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour!
- Then roll out the dough 6 mm thick and cut out cookies! Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or caraway seeds if necessary. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
