Ingredients

  • 30 g canned corn kernels
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the muffin pan.
  2. Put the sifted flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add corn flour, cheese and corn kernels, make a well in the middle. Put a mixture of eggs, milk and oil on top of the dry ingredients. Mix the ingredients quickly with a wooden spoon, do not stir too much!
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes until the muffins have risen and are golden in color.
