  • 1 cup crème fraîche

  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Butter a baking sheet. Salt and pepper the schnitzel, then turn in the flour and egg and place on the tray. Mix the whipped cream with creme fraiche and pour over the schnitzel. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
