Ingredients
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 150 g Goronzola
- 150 g camembert (s), not too firm
- 4 tablespoon sweet cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- Chop the Camembert into small cubes, mash the Gorgonzola and mix with the cream cheese and 3 - 4 tablespoons of cream until you get a smooth cheese cream. The easiest way is when you don`t puree everything too finely with the hand blender.
- Cut the spring onions into fine rolls (I only use the white and the light green part) and mix with the cheese cream.
- If necessary, season with salt and pepper. But be careful, the Gorgonzola makes the cream very spicy.
- Can be prepared well and kept in the refrigerator until the party.
