Instructions

  1. Cut the slices of toast once, brush with butter and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  2. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on high top heat until the cheese has melted.
  3. The croutons should have turned a nice, golden yellow color. Soak in the hot soup at the table.
