  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 slices processed cheese
  • 1 dash milk (approx. 20-30 ml)
  • salt and pepper
  • some chives

Instructions

  1. You beat the eggs in a cup as usual. Then they add the milk and whisk it together until the result is an even, nice mass. Then fry as normal in a non-stick pan.
  2. Then add the two slices of cheese and stir in the cheese evenly until it has melted! Season the cheese egg with a little salt and pepper if you like. If you want to refine it, add some chives.
