  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g Mett (pork meat)
  • 5 leeks
  • 5 onion (s)
  • 1 ½ liter broth
  • 300 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 300 g cream cheese, (50% fat)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef and pork meat, fry lightly. Chop the leek and onions and add them. Pour in the broth and cook for 20 minutes. Then stir in the cheese until it dissolves. To taste.
