Ingredients

  • 1 packet cream cheese, natural
  • 1 packet cream cheese with herbs
  • 8 slices cheese (Gouda), large
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • pepper
  • curry
  • 1 pck.Pumpernickel, round

Instructions

  1. Cut the egg, ham, 100 g Gouda cheese and chives into small pieces. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with pepper and curry. Spread the mixture on the large gouda slices and roll up the slices. Wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Then cut the rolls into slices and cover the pumpernickel with them.
  3. Serve on a platter as finger food for parties!
