Ingredients
- 300 g cheese (Gouda), youn, in one piece
- 2 banana (s)
- 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1 small can mandarine (s)
- 100 g rapes, blue
- 100 g rapes, liht-colored
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
For the dressing:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon whipped cream
- salt and pepper

- Cut the cheese into cubes. Wash the grapes and cut into small pieces if necessary. Drain the canned fruit, while collecting the juice from the pineapple pieces and mandarins.
- If possible, peel the bananas just before serving and add them to the salad, as they turn dark quickly despite the lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing, add the collected fruit juice to taste and needs and pour over the salad.
- Mix everything together and chill overnight to draw through.
