Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese (Gruyère or, if necessary, Emmentaler)
  • 250 g sausae (Cervelat or, if necessary, Lyoner)
  • 15 pickled onion (s)
  • 5 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, coarser
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (heaped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage and cheese into small cubes. Halve the silver onions. Mix all other ingredients, add cheese, sausage and onions and mix everything together. Arrange in a separate bowl. Let it steep for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Serve with toast or baguette.
