Ingredients

  • 1 medium chili peppers, red
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 g cheese, pepper boursin (soft cheese from France)
  • 75 g cream quark
  • 75 g cheese, rated sbrinz
  • a bit salt
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 6 slices toast bread, (whole grain)

Instructions

  1. Mash the boursin cheese in a bowl with a fork for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add the cream quark and grated Sbrinz to the bowl and mix for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  3. Stir in the red chili pepper, chives, and parsley. Season with salt and paprika powder, then mix for 1 minute.
  4. Lightly toast the bread slices for 2-3 minutes until golden. Cut each slice diagonally in half to form triangles.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each toast triangle and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
  7. Serve hot.
