Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s), size L
  • 125 g mararine, (semi-fat mararine, or Lätta with buttermilk)
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 bag ½ (s) baking powder
  • 180 g suar
  • 4 dashes sweetener, (liquid sweetener), or amount to taste
  • 4 tablespoon semolina, (soft wheat semolina) heaped
  • g 1,000 low-fat quark
  • 2 small Can (s) tangerine (s), without sugar, alternatively other fruit without added sugar or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (normal oven without convection).
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients. Then only add the low-fat quark and stir. Finally, carefully fold in the fruit and pour into a lightly greased springform pan (sufficient for both a 28 cm springform pan and a 26 cm pan).
  3. Bake for about 70 - 75 minutes at 180 degrees on the middle rack.
  4. It also tastes great on its own (without fruit).
