200 g coconut flakes
150 grams sugar

Cheesecake with Coconut Crumble from Thermomix

Instructions

For the dough, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and use the spatula to process 50 sec / speed 5 into a dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
For the coconut crumble, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and process 1 min./ speed 4 to make crumble. Transfer to a bowl.
For the filling, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and process 1 min./ speed 5 to a smooth mixture.
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet, then distribute the quark mixture on top and carefully sprinkle with the crumble. Bake the cake for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil at 170 ° C, remove the foil in the last 15 minutes of the baking time.
Tip: The mixing bowl does not have to be washed out between the individual steps.
