Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 200 ml oil
- 200 g yourt
- 200 g chocolate flakes
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Fat, for the tin
- 1 glass sour cherries, for topping
For the sprinkles:
- 170 g mararine
- 80 g suar
- 200 g flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Dough:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Add oil, yoghurt and grated chocolate. Mix the flour and baking powder together and stir into the dough. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and prebake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, drain the cherries.
- Streusel:
- Melt the margarine, let it cool down a little and mix it with sugar, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla sugar to make a crumble dough.
- Spread the cherries on the pre-baked dough and spread the chocolate sprinkles over it like blobs. Bake the cake for another 2o-25 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
