Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 g yourt
  • 200 g chocolate flakes
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Fat, for the tin
  • 1 glass sour cherries, for topping

For the sprinkles:

  • 170 g mararine
  • 80 g suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Add oil, yoghurt and grated chocolate. Mix the flour and baking powder together and stir into the dough. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and prebake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, drain the cherries.
  4. Streusel:
  5. Melt the margarine, let it cool down a little and mix it with sugar, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla sugar to make a crumble dough.
  6. Spread the cherries on the pre-baked dough and spread the chocolate sprinkles over it like blobs. Bake the cake for another 2o-25 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
