Ingredients

  • 1 glass sour cherries, drained
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • Almond (n), (flakes), roasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °.
  2. Spread the cherries in a greased tart pan (I always use one made of glass).
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla sugar and pour over the cherries.
  4. Place in the hot oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. After a cooling time of 10 minutes, sprinkle with the almond flakes and dust with powdered sugar.
  5. You can eat Clafoutis straight, with ice cream or with vanilla sauce.
