Ingredients

  • 250 ml cherry juice
  • 250 ml rum
  • 500 ml syrup (cherry)
  • 800 ml cream
  • 6 sachets vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. I set a recipe for fake Mon Cheri. I advised you to keep the rum and cherry juice, which you don`t need for the recipe. This recipe is, so to speak, the use of leftovers for the juice and the rum.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir occasionally so that the vanilla sugar dissolves.
  3. The liqueur can be drunk immediately. Shake briefly before serving. It`s super tasty and not that alcoholic.
  4. Filled in beautiful bottles, the liqueur is a nice gift for Christmas or other festive days.
  5. If you want, you can of course use more rum or take less syrup, then the liqueur will not be as sweet.
