- 200 g cream
- 500 g quark, lean
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- Advocaat
- Brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 1 glass cherry (s)

- Drain the cherries.
- Whip the cream with 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the quark and crème fraîche or sour cream with 50 g sugar. Carefully fold in the cream and egg liqueur (amount to taste).
- Put the cherries in a bowl, spread the cream on top and sprinkle brittle on top just before serving.
