Ingredients

  • 1 kg cherry (s), sweet
  • 1 preserving sugar, 2: , (500g.)
  • 1 point citric acid, (5g.)
  • 60 ml amaretto, (20%)

Instructions

  1. Stone the cherries and halve them if necessary. Mix in a saucepan with the citric acid and the preserving sugar.
  2. Let stand for approx. 2 hours, then bring to the boil, let boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, pour in the amaretto and stir.
  3. Immediately fill twist off glasses, close and place on the lid (approx. 20 minutes)
  4. I was able to fill 6 glasses of 150 ml each with it.
