Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry (s), frozen
  • 500 ml vodka
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 500 ml ice cream, vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen cherries thaw until they begin to draw juice.
  2. Then pour the vodka over it and let it steep for 12 hours.
  3. Just before the party starts, pour 1 bottle of dry sparkling wine over it
  4. Add the vanilla ice cream (balls or simply cut into large cubes) and stir.
  5. When the ice cream has melted, it tastes like an alcoholized milkshake with cherries.
