  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch

  • 1 glass cherry (s) (sweet or sour cherries)
  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 25 ladyfingers
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, pour in 125 grams of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and salt. Beat in the egg yolks, sieve the flour, starch and baking powder on top and fold in. Bake in a springform pan lined with baking paper for about 25 minutes at 170 ° C. Quark, mascarpone, 175gr. Mix the sugar and lemon juice together. Then take 1/4 of the cream and chill.
  2. Fold the cherries into the rest of the cream. Cut the cooled biscuit base horizontally once. Place a cake ring around the bottom. Pour the cherry and mascarpone cream on top and place the second base on top. Spread the remaining cream on top, loosen the cake ring, press the ladyfingers on the edge of the cake and dust with cocoa.
