Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 200 g feta cheese or similar (to taste)
- 6 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 125 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 piece (s) garlic clove (s), pressed
- salt and pepper

- Pierce the cherry tomatoes with a toothpick, cut the feta into small cubes and mix everything with the other ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator.
