Ingredients
- 100 g oat cream cheese (alternatively normal cream cheese)
- 100 g chestnuts, boiled
- 1 sprig basil
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- some balsamic vinegar
- a little lemon peel, grated, untreated
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- a bit salt
- some pepper, freshly ground

- Process the cream cheese, chestnuts, basil leaves and plucked parsley with the food processor to a spreadable mass. Stir in balsamic vinegar, lemon zest and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Goes well with baguettes.
