Ingredients

  • 250 g chestnuts, cooked soft
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • Cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Boil the chestnuts until soft, peel them and strain them through a sieve.
  2. Mix the butter with sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Now add the chestnuts, the flour and the vanilla sugar. Knead a smooth dough out of it.
  3. Now put the mixture in a meat grinder with a matching pastry attachment and turn. Put the twisted little rings on the baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and bake for approx. 11-14 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool down well.
  5. Prepare the chocolate icing and half dip the curls in it. Place on parchment paper to dry.
