Ingredients

  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 180 g natural yourt
  • 90 g raspberries, frozen
  • Sweeteners as needed

Instructions

  1. Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the yoghurt. Stir in the swollen chia seeds. Season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten a little.
  3. Fold in the frozen raspberries and fill into ice cream molds or similar and freeze for at least 3 hours.
