Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon protein powder (whey), neutral
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 240 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 2 apples, green, e.g. Granny Smith
  • Mint to decorate

Instructions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the almond milk overnight and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Puree the apple pieces together with the chia milk in a blender until a creamy mass is obtained, then add the matcha and protein powder and stir again briefly.
  3. Serve the whole thing in a large glass and add the mint on top and your kick-start smoothie is ready.
