Instructions

  1. First, boil your favorite green tea and let it cool down. Then the chia seeds and the xucker are stirred into the green tea. Let stand for 10 minutes and then add the oatmeal and stir.
  2. In the meantime, peel half an apple and cut into small pieces. Add the apple and milk, stir and let stand again for at least 5 minutes. Can also be prepared for a quick breakfast the evening before.
  3. Variation: add raisins, chopped almonds, coconut flakes or chocolate chips. There are no limits to your imagination. The oatmeal can also be left out. Likewise the milk.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
