Chia Pudding with Mango

Chia pudding with coconut milk and mango can be a great healthy and nutritious breakfast instead of boring porridge. This light, unusual, beautiful and healthy delicacy is worthy of attention of those who adhere to proper nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk – 200 ml
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Mango – 0.5 pcs.
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut flakes – for decoration
  • Fresh mint – for decoration

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk (it shouldn’t be very thin), honey, cinnamon and vanillin. Leave overnight in a glass covered with a lid.
  2. In the morning, peel and grind the mango (take as ripe as possible) in a blender until puree.
  3. Place the fruit puree on top of the chia pudding, sprinkle with coconut and garnish with a mint leaf (optional).

Chia pudding with mango is ready. Enjoy your meal!
